Here at Emmanuel, we believe that Christian fellowship is an important part of
the Christian life as it allows us as Christians to gather together to talk and
support each other in our spiritual journey. In Hebrews 24-25 it says,
24And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and
good deeds. 25
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let
us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
To this end we provide these opportunities for fellowship.

Fellowship Hour
|
This occurs after worship on Sunday. It is a great time for
coffee, tea, juice and treats and to find out how other members
of the church are doing.

Adult Potlucks
|
This occurs during most months at one of the members houses.
It is a great way to enjoy a good meal and good company.

| Men's Breakfast |
The Men's Group meets the
second Saturday of each month at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and
fellowship. |
Shrove Tuesday Pancake supper
|
The Youth Group puts on this fun event on Fat Tuesday as a way
of leading us into Lent.
|
Mother's Day Breakfast
|
The Men's Group is responsible for fixing all the mom's
breakfast on Mother's Day.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving
|
Once again the Youth Group takes the lead in this fun event.
